Is there anything more annoying than being asked if you’re making any New Year’s Resolutions?  How often do we disappoint ourselves by, maybe January 4th?  Here’s how I look at it…
Resolutions seem to inherently expect a level of Willpower. Willpower? You’re going to hope for Willpower to succeed? Good luck with that.  At New You Hypnosis, Willpower is not required.  Simply tell me what your New Year’s Resolutions are, and I give you the tools to actually change how you’re thinking.  It doesn’t require Willpower. It only requires you coming to your sessions. We then replace the old thinking, and hence the old behaviours, and replace those with NEW thinking and NEW behaviours.   Isn’t that the goal? -To not even be thinking about the old destructive behaviours anymore?  If the answer is yes, let’s get started!!!
